TheFaceShop Mung Bean Real Nature Face Mask can only be described as a life saver in dire times.

Honestly, what they stated on their site is a fact. I use this mask when my face decides it wants to grow some red nasties the night before an important event. Truly, it is a miracle worker. My pimples will be reduced to nothingness -well, to a more reclusive state than they were before- the next day. I would usually leave this on for 15 mins; however, the instruction says 10-12 mins, but rules are meant to be broken…hehe. Anyways, it feels like it’s such a waste to only leave it on for that long. I feel like it’s more effective if you add a couple minutes here and there. Once time is up, I’ll take off the mask and gently pat in the excess product. Obviously, my face can’t soak up everything after patting it in, so I usually leave it. I hear you can wash it off though, but why waste it? So, it’s much more convinient when this is used before going to sleep.
I have tried almost all of the Real Nature Face Mask that TheFaceShop has to offer to date, and this is still one of my favorites. I’m a fan of how it’s not dripping wet when I take it out of its package, nor when I place it on my face since some of the Real Nature Face Mask have that unfortunate attribute. This retails for CAD $2.00 which is not a bad price for a mask. Also, TheFaceShop usually has deals where you can buy 5 masks and get a couple free, so when that time comes around, that’s when I usually stockpile on my collection.
I would definitely recommend this if you need an overnight pimple fix.
Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner is a miracle worker. According to the description on the Etude House website, it is a “7-in-1 total pore solution freshener for intensive pore care”.

I would say that what they claim is very true. I’ve finished my bottle of this magical liquid recently, and I noticed that it did tighten up my pores, especially the ones around my T-Zone area, and it has also contributed to my “pure like baby skin”. Not only that, but I have noticed a decrease of my blackheads on my nose area. I have normal-to-combination skin so I found this to be a good toner that suited my skin type. Also, the feeling it leaves on the skin after applying it is very refreshing. It really makes me feel like my skin is super clean and ready to absorb whatever comes after, my serums and moisturizer for example.
This stuff is amazing, and I’m sad that I’ve already gone through the bottle as if I was drinking water. Well, not that fast. I bought the 250 mL bottle (regretting I didn’t buy the 500 mL one) when I was in the Philippines back in July. So, it has lasted me for a good five months, and I was using this toner two times a day (aside from my lazy days where I would not bother washing my face at all, which would be about five days a month, if you want numbers, but I actually don’t keep track…haha). Anywho, I definitely see a difference in my skin, and to be honest this was my very first toner. So, I would certainly recommend this for people who are beginners in skin care and do not know which toner to use. I would also recommend this for people with oily skin type as it does help dilate the pores.
Overall, I love this stuff and would totally repurchase again!
